Throughout our
more than 60 combined years of business, education, and consulting
experiences, we have worked with and around many individuals and
groups engaged in decision making activities. Some of their decisions
were good ones, some were not.
What we have observed,
is that good decision making is not an accident. It is a repeatable
process. Good decision makers take a systematic approach to their
decision making. They know/understand what situation they need to
resolve and why they need to resolve it. They eliminate distractions,
anxiety, subjectivity, and individual bias from the process.
They generally
create multiple potential solution options from which to choose. They
make their choices based upon relevant facts and information, not
on partial or conflicting data.

Many individuals and groups are capable of good decision
making on their own and continually make good choices. Some
are capable, but for various reasons still struggle to make
good decisions. Some others just lack the tools and time required
for good decision making.
We are a Decision Making Enabler (DMO). From our experiences,
we have developed a Decision Making Framework (DMF) that provides
individuals and groups with a framework within which they can
make better decisions. It systematizes the decision making process
and provides the DMO with a list of solution options from which
to choose.
We offer our solution to you - either through education or
through our services. Check us out for more details!
